Adam G. Tarsitano

Attorney at Law

Adam devotes a significant portion of his practice to assisting clients in the preparation of estate plans that fit their specific goals, which may include planning to reduce potential tax liabilities or protecting benefits for family members with special needs. He also vigorously represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in a variety of estate and trust disputes, with a dedication to the cost-effective management of each such matter.

Adam obtained his J.D. from St. Johnís University School of Law in 2002. He practiced in New York City for four years before moving to North Carolina to continue his legal career.He is currently admitted to practice in both North Carolina and New York.

He published his first novel, Broken Birdie Chirpin, in November of 2012.
