Rebecca was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2010 after graduating from Elon University School of Law, where she earned the Civil Procedure Book Award and the Carole W. Bruce Scholarship.

Prior to attending Elon, Rebecca graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in sociology and women’s studies. 

Rebecca is a native North Carolinian, growing up in Rockingham County on her family’s farm. She is currently a Preceptor at Elon University School of Law, mentoring first-year law students. Rebecca lives in Oak Ridge with her husband, Mike, their two daughters, Cadence and Keagan, and their Maltipoo, Emi.
